I'm just back from Paperific show in Melbourne.

Boy it was sure way too hot and I met some lovely people while at the Twiddleybitz stand.

I am amazed at the work people can come up with.

Here's a few things that I have done this week to share. It think its been the most amount of papercrafting, I have done for the whole year, squeezed in to one wee week.

Most of the work has been for Twiddleybitz and the layouts are just something fun I did yesterday. I decided to just pull out some items that I haven't used for a while and only use what was in front of me. Well it was way too hot for thinking yesterday. hehehe.




Here is a floating from that I completed for Paperific. I love this project it so super easy to put together and wished that I picked up a couple more today while I was there.

Weird stuff is being posted and stuff is going missing and replaced by junk like you get in emails.

Don't fall off your chair

I scrapped.

I completed a sketch challenge by the lovely Ellen for Mystical Scrapbooks . It felt good to cut paper. I'm very rusty, I havent had time to blog surf and see what the new fashion and style of scrapbooking is right at this very moment but I am thankful for finally taking out my scrap stash and having a play around.

Afterwards I decided to sort out my stash yet again and realised that I still own way too much scrap supplies. I think also that holds me back a little bit. Too many choices.

Sooooo keep an eye on my blog - I am going to have a few RAKs coming over the next few weeks. Hopefully to get my blog moving again and me scrapping again as well.

Sitting down to scrap

I have suddenly had the urge to scrap today. The house can stay a bomb as it will look messy within 5 mins of cleaning it.

It was rather funny because I havent had the urge to scrap since my DT application for Twiddleybitz. Within 5 mins if sitting down to scrap a huge box of goodies arrived from Twiddleybitz. Yummy totally delish. There is nothing more exciting to a scrapbooker than a big pizza box full of goodies.

Well off to play - I will update with some photos.

My lovely hubby is home and I am nagging him to get a new computer or at the very least a new photoshop package for my laptop so I can finally upload photos without computer issues.

Queensland

Just quickly popping in to post.

Having an amazing time at Queensland. It will shortly be over as we head back to Melbourne. Not sure if I feel confident flying Virgin Blue home as there have been two planes in less than 2 weeks with wheels falling off at landing in Melbourne.

Oh well not much I can do.

The weather here has been unbelievable. First time in 5 years we have had daily tropical amazing weather. I would highly recommend this time of the year for the Gold Coast.

Surfers Paradise is just so dated old and full of 15 year olds and it smells so we only went up for one day to play. The Motor GP starts there tomorrow so that probably didnt help with how crowded it was. Not sure if there is also school holidays or that the year 12s in Queensland are already on vacation before exams.

I love Broadbeach so perfect for families and I will post some "Sunny" photos of our apartment. I have hardly taken any photos. I didnt even bring up my good camera just our new point and shot.

Well off to the beach will take the camera with me as I so need some new photos for scrapping.

When I get back I am going to have some RAK give aways to get this blog on the move again.

Holiday time

Sorry there has been no posting yet again.

We have just finished School holidays here and we are heading off to the Gold Coast at the end of this week.

Nothing Scrapbooking or sewing has been done.

My house is half organised and crafty things have been put away until I came back home.

We have been doing bucket loads of baking and my pantry looks like something from a Martha Stewart TV show.

So I will upload photos and recipes to tempt your taste buds.

Again sorry I have nothing to share. Have been spending the last few weeks catching up with friends, paperwork, housework and facebook has become a bit of a lazy addiction.
